At first I thought this was fake but the local TV station filmed this live. A Fort Lauderdale kiteboarder was going to somehow sail in the winds of Tropical Storm Fay. They were setting up a morning news TV shot when a huge gust of wind came by and picked him up through the air. He was unable to unlock his harness. He's slammed into the ground and then a wall at the other end of a highway. The kite boarder, 26 year old Kevin Kearney is listed in critical condition.
